On March 31, Liu Guosheng, Executive Director and General Manager of the China National Coal Development Co., Ltd (CNCDC) called on Wang Guogen, Vice Chairman of the Xi'an Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Director of the Expo Affairs Center. The two sides had a discussion on the communication and cooperation of holding the China International Mining Expo in Xi'an.Liu Guosheng introduced the industrial layout of China Coal Group and the business development of the CNCDC, as well as the achievements, experience and professional advantages of holding China International Mining Exhibition and preparing for Macao International Energy Exhibition. He also introduced the strategic development plan of the exhibition business of the CNCDC, and expressed his strong desire to hold China International Mining Expo in Xi'an.
Wang guogen welcomed Liu Guosheng and his delegation. He introduced the basic situation of exhibition management, exhibition introduction and activity organization of Xi'an Expo Affairs Center, as well as the development status, resource advantages, location advantages, humanistic resources and exhibition hall construction of Xi'an exhibition industry. He expressed his strong willingness to participate in the preparation of China International Mining Expo. And he will strongly support the organization work of the exhibition and forum.
The both sides agreed that Xi'an, as a central city in West China facing East Asia and Central Asia, will play an important strategic role in the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Xi'an will become an iconic exhibition city on the BRI through holding China International Mining Expo.
After the meeting, Liu Guosheng, accompanied by Wang Honglian, executive deputy director of Xi'an Expo Affairs Center, inspected Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center.
Related personnel from the general management department of CNCDC and the China Coal Consultant International Co., Ltd. (CCCI) participated in the above activities (CCCI).
